1. What you are agreeing to
These terms cover your use of bighand99.app. If you browse this site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, the remedy is simple and immediate: stop using the site.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
2. What this site is
bighand99.app is an independent publisher of guides about BigHand99, the betting exchange branded Bansal Exchange. It is an information website. It is not the exchange.
Specifically, and without exception, this site does not:
- Operate any betting platformWe do not run the exchange, host markets or provide any gambling service ourselves.
- Hold, receive or transfer player fundsNo deposit you make ever reaches us. We have no wallet, no payment facility and no ability to move anybody's money.
- Create, own or administer accountsIDs are issued by the platform's own desk. We cannot access, modify, freeze or close your account.
- Set odds or settle marketsPrices come from other players on the exchange. Settlement is performed by the platform. We have no involvement in either.
- Provide betting adviceNothing on this site is a tip, a prediction or a recommendation to place any particular bet.
3. Age and eligibility
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you must not use it, and no legitimate desk should open an account for you.
India has no single national law governing online real-money betting; it is legislated state by state, and some states restrict or prohibit it. Determining what applies where you live is your responsibility, not ours. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and we make no representation that any activity described here is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. The information published here
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate. Even so, information about a third-party platform changes without notice, and several things described here vary by desk rather than being fixed.
Figures that are explicitly variable — minimum deposits, commission rates, withdrawal timings — are described as approximate for exactly that reason. Confirm them with the desk before relying on them. Where this site describes a typical pattern, it is a description and not a guarantee.
We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free, and we accept no liability for a decision made in reliance on it. If you find an error, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
5. Links to other places
This site links to external destinations, including the BigHand99 access point and our own social channels. Those are operated by other parties under their own terms and their own privacy policies.
Once you leave bighand99.app, your relationship is with whoever runs the destination. We do not control their content, their pricing, their payment handling or their conduct, and we accept no responsibility for any of it. Read their terms before you transact with them.
6. Risk
Real-money betting carries a risk of financial loss. Losses are the normal outcome for most participants over time, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
You are solely responsible for every bet you place, every amount you deposit and every consequence that follows. We do not accept liability for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of any platform described here, however that loss occurs.

7. Acceptable use
You may read this site, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the content, scrape it at scale, present it as your own work, or use it to train a commercial model without permission.
You also may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.
8. Content ownership
The text, layout, images and code on this site are ours unless stated otherwise. BigHand99 and Bansal Exchange are names used by the platform we write about; we claim no ownership of them, and their use here is descriptive rather than a claim of affiliation.
9. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site, and our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for a free information site is nil.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Questions about these terms go through the contact page. Questions about an account, a deposit or a withdrawal go to the platform's desk, not to us — we cannot help with those and forwarding them to us only delays you.
