ContactContact: who to message about what
Two different things get confused constantly here. Account problems are for the BigHand99 desk. Anything about this website is for us. Messaging the wrong one costs you time.

The two channels, and what each one is for
The BigHand99 desk
Everything involving your account or your money: opening an ID, a free demo ID, deposits, withdrawals, a password reset, a settlement that looks wrong, or a balance that does not match what you expected.
Open round the clock. Keep the whole conversation in one thread so there is a record.
Message the deskUs, about this website
Corrections, a factual error, a broken link, a figure that has gone stale, or a question about something written on one of our guides. Editorial matters only.
We cannot see your account, your balance or your bet history, and we cannot escalate anything to the platform on your behalf.
Reach us on TelegramOur public channels are Telegram and Instagram. Those two accounts and this website are the only places we publish. Anything else using this brand did not come from us.
What nobody will ever ask you for
Read this once and it will save you from the most common scam in this market.
Neither we nor any genuine BigHand99 desk will ever ask you for your account password after you have set it, an OTP from your phone, a card PIN, your UPI PIN, or remote access to your device.
There is no legitimate version of those requests. Not for verification. Not to fix a stuck deposit. Not because a bonus is expiring. Anyone asking is trying to take your money, whatever the display picture says.
Two habits that prevent almost all of it
Start the conversation yourself, from a link on a site you trust, rather than replying to a chat that arrived unprompted. And treat any message that creates urgency — an offer closing tonight, an account about to be suspended — as a reason to slow down rather than hurry.
If someone contacts you first claiming to represent BigHand99, this site, or any desk, assume it is fake until you have verified it through a channel you opened yourself.
Getting a useful answer faster
Whichever channel you are using, a message with specifics gets resolved and a message with only frustration does not.
For a deposit that has not appeared: the UTR or reference number from your bank app, the amount, and the approximate time. Do not send a second payment while waiting — two unmatched payments take far longer to untangle than one delayed payment takes to clear.
For a withdrawal that is sitting: the request time and the amount. Check first that the destination account carries the same name as the ID holder, spelled identically, because that mismatch is behind most stalled payouts anywhere in this industry.
For a settlement you disagree with: the market name, roughly when it settled, and your stake. Exchange settlement is recorded, so a genuine error can be traced when you give somebody something to trace.
For a correction to this site: the page address and the sentence that looks wrong. We would rather hear about a small error than leave it sitting there.
Contact questions
Who do I contact about a late withdrawal?
The BigHand99 desk on WhatsApp, not this site. We do not hold funds or process payouts and have no access to your account. Send the desk the request time and amount in the same chat thread, and do not open a second request.
Does bighand99.app have a phone number?
No. We do not run a call centre, and any phone number claiming to be BigHand99 support did not come from us. Account matters go through the desk on WhatsApp, which keeps a written record you can scroll back through.
How do I report a mistake on this website?
Send it through our Telegram or Instagram with the page address and what looks wrong. Broken links, stale figures and unclear wording are all worth reporting, and corrections get made rather than argued about.
