LegalPrivacy policy
This is a short policy because there is genuinely not much to disclose. No forms, no accounts, no cookies of ours, no tracking pixels.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
The short version
bighand99.app is a static information site. There is no sign-up, no login, no contact form and no comment section, so there is nowhere for you to give us personal information and no database in which we could store it.
We do not set cookies of our own, and as published this site carries no analytics tag, advertising pixel or third-party tracking script.
What follows is the detail, including the two places where data does exist: ordinary web server logs, and whatever happens after you click a link that takes you somewhere else.
What we collect
Directly, nothing. We ask for no name, no email address, no phone number and no payment detail, because there is no mechanism on this site through which you could provide any of them.
Indirectly, our web server keeps standard access logs, as essentially every web server does. A log entry records the requesting IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page if one was sent, and the browser's user-agent string.
These logs exist for security and diagnostics — identifying an attack, working out why a page returned an error, seeing whether a bot is hammering the server. They are not used to build a profile of you, they are not combined with anything else, and they are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Cookies
This site sets none. Nothing here needs to remember you between visits, so nothing does.
Your browser may store the site's stylesheet, images and icons in its ordinary cache. That is standard browser behaviour rather than a tracking mechanism, and clearing your browser cache removes it.
When you leave this site
This is the part worth understanding properly, because it is where real data collection begins.
Buttons and links on this site take you to destinations we do not control — the BigHand99 access point, WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram. The moment you arrive at one of those, this policy stops applying and theirs takes over.
- The BigHand99 deskOpening an ID means giving the desk information it needs to run your account: a username, payment details for deposits and withdrawals, and a chat history. That is their process and their data, held under their terms, not ours. We never see it.
- WhatsAppMessaging the desk uses WhatsApp, which processes your phone number and message metadata under Meta's own privacy policy.
- Telegram and InstagramOur social channels are hosted by those platforms and governed by their policies. Following or messaging us there is visible to them, and in some cases publicly.
We receive no personal data back from any of these. We may be told, in aggregate, that accounts were opened via this site — but not who opened them, and never with identifying detail attached.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and given that we collect no personal information at all, there is nothing of a minor's for us to hold.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. Server logs sit on the hosting infrastructure with access limited to those who administer it.
We hold no financial data, no passwords and no identity documents, which is the most effective security measure available: data that was never collected cannot be leaked.
Your rights
Indian data protection law gives individuals rights over personal data held about them, including access, correction and erasure. Those rights apply to whoever holds your data — and for anything to do with your betting account, that is the platform and its desk, not us.
If you believe we hold something about you and want it removed, write to us through the contact page and we will look. In practice the answer is usually that there was nothing to hold in the first place.
Changes to this policy
If this site ever adds analytics, advertising or any third-party script, this page will be updated in the same change, and the date at the top will move. We would rather rewrite the policy than quietly outgrow it.
